Andreas joined TRANSEARCH in Bucharest in 2013. He is an expert in the areas of organizing assessment and development programs for managers, directors and senior executives. With extensive (>7 years experience of running AC/DC projects in various multinational companies) (he worked with 250-350 candidates/year). He uses various psychometric instruments (SHL and Cut-e online instruments) and has designed and implemented for clients 360 feedback, performance improvement programs, development of selection capability, employee satisfaction survey, or tailored management development programs including: workshop facilitation, executive and team coaching. His broad range of business expertise enhanced the ability to design and run Development Centers and building a complete selection methodology in English, German and Romanian.
Andreas worked several years in a managerial position at Henkel KGaA, a large German multinational. During the early 90's he successfully set up the local subsidiary in Romania and after his last tenure as General Manager he decided to focus on the most important resource in any company - Human Capital.
